We are working hard to tie our vision, code and story together. As promised, CollateBox will play as you want it to be: simple with zero learning efforts. We intend to bring a screencast of the product in a couple of weeks, but our initial feedback suggests that a demo/screencast may not even be necessary :)
In the meantime, you should be able to check out internal news, work status, use cases and conversations from our blog and get an early preview of the UI too.
That reminds me.. Have you read about Jane?
